1. Contractual Conditions

1.3. You must read the KuKirin Privacy Policy, which governs the protection and use of Users' personal data in KuKirin's possession. You agree to the use of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

1.4. KuKirin may allow Users to access content, products, or services offered by third parties via hyperlinks (in the form of word links, banners, channels, or otherwise), APIs, or otherwise to such third parties' sites. We caution you to read the terms and conditions and/or privacy policy of such sites before use. You acknowledge that KuKirin has no control over such third-party websites, does not monitor such websites, and is not responsible to anyone for such websites or for any content, products, or services provided on such websites.

1.5. You agree not to undertake any action to undermine the integrity of KuKirin's computer systems or networks and/or any other User's, or to gain unauthorized access to such computer systems or networks.

1.6. You agree not to take any action that may undermine the integrity of the KuKirin feedback system, such as leaving positive feedback for yourself using secondary Member identifiers or through third parties, or leaving unfounded negative feedback for another User.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1. A User must be registered on the Website to use certain Services. Except with KuKirin's consent, one User may register only one user account. KuKirin may cancel or terminate a User's account if KuKirin has grounds to suspect that the User has simultaneously registered or controls two or more user accounts. Furthermore, KuKirin may reject a User's application to register for any reason.

2.2. Upon registration on the Website, KuKirin will assign an account and issue a user identifier and password (the latter chosen by the registered User during registration) to each registered User. The account may have a limited storage web-based email account for sending/receiving emails. By becoming a User, you authorize KuKirin to store and use your data per the Privacy Policy.

2.3. A set of user identifiers and passwords is unique to a single account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your user identifier and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not share, assign, or permit the use of your user account, identifier, or password by anyone outside your own business entity. You agree to notify KuKirin immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other security breach.

2.4. You agree that all activities conducted through your account (including, without limitation, posting information, accepting agreements, subscribing/paying for services, sending emails) will be deemed authorized by you.

2.5. You acknowledge that sharing your account with others or allowing multiple users to use your account ("Multiple Use") may cause irreparable harm to KuKirin or other Users. You agree to indemnify KuKirin, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from all losses or damages (including lost profits) arising from Multiple Use of your account. You also agree that KuKirin is not liable for any loss or damage from such breach and has the right to suspend or terminate your account without liability to you.

2.6. You guarantee that the information provided during account registration is accurate, true, legal, valid, and pertains solely to you. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to KuKirin. KuKirin is not liable and will not offer compensation for any instances of inaccurate information.

2.7. You may request to cancel an order only before it is shipped by contacting our support center. KuKirin reserves the right to cancel an order for operational strategy reasons with prior notice to your account. However, after an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned. Upon receipt of the shipment, our Returns Policy applies.

2.8. You have the right to subscribe to or unsubscribe from the newsletter after registration.

2.9. You understand and agree that KuKirin has the right to temporarily or permanently terminate all or part of the services at any time according to its business needs (including, but not limited to, cases of breach of KuKirin's terms, unacceptable and unreasonable comments, or behavior damaging to the KuKirin brand image).

2.10. If you have concerns or complaints about our services, please write to us directly via the Contact Us page. You also have the right to complain to official authorities. However, we would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.

3. Usage Terms

3.1. License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on kukirin-escooter.eu for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only.
