Warranty Policy

KuKirin provides a reliable warranty designed for hassle-free service. If your KuKirin product has a warranty-related issue, you must retain the original proof of purchase, limited warranty documentation, and eligible warranty claims to verify coverage.


Warranty Coverage

  • Duration:
    • 12 months for the scooter (from purchase date).
    • 6 months for the battery.
  • Scope:
    Covers defects in workmanship and/or materials.
  • Solutions:
    Free repairs or replacement parts for covered issues.

Exclusions

Warranty is void if the issue results from:

  • Personal actions, abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidents (e.g., riding in wet conditions, dropping the scooter).
  • Water damage (riding in rain or through puddles >4 cm deep).
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Use of non-original parts/accessories.
  • Natural wear, corrosion, or improper storage.
  • Installation of unsupported software/hardware.
  • Vandalism, theft, or loss.
  • Products not purchased from kukirin-escooter.com.

Claim Process

Step 1: Contact Support

  • Email/WhatsApp: support@kukirin-scooter.pl
  • Provide:
    ✅ Order number
    ✅ Photos/videos of the issue

Step 2: Resolution

  • Minor issues: Replacement parts shipped with video instructions.
  • Complex issues: Scooter sent to a repair center (if covered).

Non-Warranty Repairs

For excluded issues (e.g., water damage, accidents):

  • All labor and parts costs are customer-responsible.
  • Shipping fees (to/from repair center) apply.

Critical Notes

  1. Proof of Purchase: Warranty requires valid receipt.
  2. Country Limitation: Only valid for purchases via kukirin-escooter.com.
  3. Voided Warranty Signs:
    • Tampered serial numbers/identification marks.
    • Physical damage (dents, cracks, impact marks).
    • Free/promotional products.
