Opened products are not returnable unless quality defects are confirmed.
New Policy Updates
1. Cancellation Before Shipment:
- Refunds available if the order hasn’t shipped.
- A 100 PLN handling fee will apply.
2. Cancellation After Shipment:
- No returns/cancellations once tracking is provided.
- Refusing delivery forces a 350 PLN fee (shipping + handling costs).
3. Non-Quality-Related Returns:
- Returns only accepted if the product and packaging are unopened and resellable.
- Customer covers return shipping costs.
- A 350 PLN fee applies (shipping + handling).
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after warehouse inspection.
Non-Qualifying Situations
Returns/refunds are not accepted for:
- Used or damaged products.
- Products missing original packaging.
- Non-returnable items (e.g., scooter spare parts).
- Products without quality defects that are not in pristine/unused condition.
Return Process
Steps:
- Submit a return request via the contact form with your order number and product photos.
- Contact customer service for a UPS return label. Do not ship independently.
- After KuKirin approval, return products to the provided address.
- Products must be in original packaging with all accessories/manuals.
- Ship within 7 days and share tracking details.
- Refunds/exchanges processed after receipt.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Quality issues: We cover return shipping.
- Other cases: Customer pays return shipping.
Refund Process
- Timeline: Refunds issued within 5-7 business days after warehouse confirmation.
- Method: Refunded to the original payment method.
- Bank processing: May take 3-5 business days.
Order Cancellation
- After shipment: Follow "Cancellation After Shipment" rules (350 PLN fee).
- Pre-order cancellation: Transaction fees apply if canceled before shipment.
Third-Party Purchases
- Returns for products bought outside kukirin-scooter.pl must follow the seller’s policy.
- Note: We only accept returns for purchases made directly on our site.
