Returns and Refunds Policy

We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return a product or request a refund after placing an order, please review this policy.

Return and Refund Conditions

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:
    Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. Incorrect Product Received:
    Contact us within 14 days to arrange a return or exchange.
  3. Unopened Products:
    Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  4. Quality Issues:
    Report quality issues within 14 days of purchase for replacement.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:
    Opened products are not returnable unless quality defects are confirmed.

New Policy Updates

1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

  • Refunds available if the order hasn’t shipped.
  • A 100 PLN handling fee will apply.

2. Cancellation After Shipment:

  • No returns/cancellations once tracking is provided.
  • Refusing delivery forces a 350 PLN fee (shipping + handling costs).

3. Non-Quality-Related Returns:

  • Returns only accepted if the product and packaging are unopened and resellable.
  • Customer covers return shipping costs.
  • A 350 PLN fee applies (shipping + handling).
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after warehouse inspection.

Non-Qualifying Situations

Returns/refunds are not accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products.
  • Products missing original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items (e.g., scooter spare parts).
  • Products without quality defects that are not in pristine/unused condition.

Return Process

Steps:

  1. Submit a return request via the contact form with your order number and product photos.
  2. Contact customer service for a UPS return label. Do not ship independently.
  3. After KuKirin approval, return products to the provided address.
  4. Products must be in original packaging with all accessories/manuals.
  5. Ship within 7 days and share tracking details.
  6. Refunds/exchanges processed after receipt.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Quality issues: We cover return shipping.
  • Other cases: Customer pays return shipping.

Refund Process

  • Timeline: Refunds issued within 5-7 business days after warehouse confirmation.
  • Method: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • Bank processing: May take 3-5 business days.

Order Cancellation

  • After shipment: Follow "Cancellation After Shipment" rules (350 PLN fee).
  • Pre-order cancellation: Transaction fees apply if canceled before shipment.

Third-Party Purchases

  • Returns for products bought outside kukirin-scooter.pl must follow the seller’s policy.
  • Note: We only accept returns for purchases made directly on our site.
