Orders & Shipping

As soon as your order comes in, our operations manager Echo personally reviews the details and sends you a confirmation email. Once she’s double-checked everything, our team in the Poland warehouse gets to work. Since we ship locally within the EU, you’ll usually see your new ride at your door within 2–10 business days.

Don’t worry, it happens! Just message us as quickly as you can. As long as your scooter hasn't left our Poland warehouse, we can fix or refund it for you easily. If it’s already on the road, it’s a bit trickier because we can't "catch" it mid-delivery, but reach out anyway and we’ll help you figure out the best next step.

Absolutely not. One of the perks of our Poland hub is that all taxes and duties are already paid. The price on our site is exactly what you pay. Plus, shipping is free for all our e-scooters. No "mystery" fees here!

First, check the tracking number we sent to your email. If the map looks confusing or the status hasn’t updated, contact us immediately. We will jump on it and find out exactly where your ride is.

We hope that never happens, but if it does, we are here to fix it. Please let us know within 3 business days of delivery. Send a quick photo of the issue to support@kukirin-escooter.eu, and our operations manager Echo will work with our warehouse team to make it right—whether that’s sending a missing part or a replacement.

We want you to feel confident in your choice. If your scooter has a defect in materials or workmanship within 14 days of delivery, please email us at support@kukirin-escooter.eu. Our operations manager Echo will personally handle your request and work with our quality team to resolve the issue or process a return if the product isn't up to our high standards.

Specs & Functions

For the best ride and to avoid flat tires, we recommend keeping them between 32–35 PSI (220-240 kPa). We always tells our customers: keeping your tires properly inflated makes the scooter faster, protects your battery life, and gives you the smoothest ride possible!

The "max range" is tested in perfect conditions (smooth roads, light wind). In the real world, things like your weight and the hills in your city will change how far you can go. Our engineers compare it to a car—it uses more "fuel" when you push it harder!

To keep the performance snappy and the motor healthy, we suggest a rider weight of about 100kg (220lbs). You can certainly ride it if you’re a bit over, but we want to be honest with you: you might notice the speed and hill-climbing power drop just a little.

Our high-quality lithium-ion batteries are built for the long haul. You can usually charge them about 500 times before seeing a drop in capacity. Our technical team expects your battery to keep you moving for several years with proper care!

Riding & Maintenance

While our scooters have splash protection, we don't recommend riding in heavy rain. It’s a safety risk and long-term, water is never a friend to electronics. If you get caught in a light drizzle, just wipe it down when you get home.

This is where we really shine! We have a dedicated after-sales service center right at our Poland warehouse. If you have a warranty issue, our operations manager Echo will coordinate with our technicians so you don't have to send anything back to China. We handle it all locally.

Safety first: We always recommends wearing a helmet! Also, keep an eye on the local weather and road hazards. And don't forget—these scooters are popular, so always use a strong lock when you park.

We recommend staying warm inside instead! Snow is very slippery and dangerous for small scooter wheels. Plus, our team has found that cold temperatures (under 0°C) make the battery drain much faster than usual. It's best to wait until the roads are clear to take your KuKirin back out.

To keep your battery healthy for years to come, we suggest not leaving it on the charger for more than 24 hours at a time. We always tells our riders: it’s best to unplug it once the light turns green—it’s the simplest way to protect your investment!

Yes, that’s completely normal. As the battery power is used up, the voltage drops slightly, so the top speed won't feel quite as "snappy" as it does at 100%. Our technical team compares it to a runner getting a little tired at the end of a long race—it’s just how the physics of the battery works!
