We've simplified our logistics so you can start riding sooner. Because our stock is located in Poland, your order never crosses a non-EU border, meaning 0% customs risk and 100% transparent pricing.

Processing and Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days

All orders are inspected, packed, and dispatched from our Poland warehouse within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri).

  • Delivery Time (Once Shipped):

Poland / Germany / Czechia: 1–3 Business Days
France / Italy / Spain: 3–6 Business Days
Rest of EU: 5–10 Business Days

Shipping Partners: We collaborate with the following carriers: DHL, DPD, UPS, and GLS.

Shipment Notification: After dispatching your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment date, the tracking number, and a direct link to track your package (e.g., DHL Tracking, DPD Tracking).

Delivery Coverage:  We currently provide delivery services exclusively to the following 25 EU member countries:

  • Central & Western Europe: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
  • Northern Europe: Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
  • Southern Europe: Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Slovenia.
  • Eastern Europe: Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia.

Exclusions: We do not ship to Cyprus, Malta, or remote islands (such as the Canary Islands, Azores, or French Overseas Territories).

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: For orders with a value over €39
  • Shipping Fee: A fee of €15 applies to orders with a value under €39.

Key Policies and Information

  • Taxes & Duties: For orders shipped within the European Union, all applicable VAT is included in the product price displayed at checkout. You will not face any additional customs fees or taxes upon delivery.

  • Package Tracking: You can check the real-time status of your delivery using the carrier's tracking system via the link provided in your shipment email.

  • Delivery Issues: If the carrier cannot complete the delivery of your package, we will contact you to arrange a solution, which may include scheduling a redelivery or directing you to a convenient pickup point.

  • Liability: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@kukirin-escooter.eu. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
