After dispatch, you will receive an email with:
- Shipment date
- Tracking number
- Package tracking link (e.g., DHL Tracking)
Warehouse Locations
Shipments are processed exclusively from our warehouses in Poland.
Delivery Coverage
Deliveries across all of Poland (including islands).
Processing Timeline

- 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Pre-orders: Shipment date specified on the product page

- 2-3 business days (most regions)
- Peak season/holiday delays (+5 business days):
Christmas, Easter, Black Friday

Order value:
- Over 168 PLN: Free shipping
- Under 168 PLN: 65 PLN fee

All customs fees and VAT are included in the product price. No additional costs upon delivery.

Delivery Issues:
If the carrier cannot deliver your package:
- We will contact you within 24 hours
- Solutions offered:
- Redelivery (+48h)
- Pickup from a partner location (list attached)
Liability:
Loss/damage after dispatch is the carrier’s responsibility.
