We collaborate with carriers: DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS.
After dispatch, you will receive an email with:

  • Shipment date
  • Tracking number
  • Package tracking link (e.g., DHL Tracking)

Warehouse Locations

Shipments are processed exclusively from our warehouses in Poland.


Delivery Coverage

Deliveries across all of Poland (including islands).


Processing Timeline

  1. Order Processing:
    • 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
    • Pre-orders: Shipment date specified on the product page
  2. Delivery to Customer:
    • 2-3 business days (most regions)
    • Peak season/holiday delays (+5 business days):
      Christmas, Easter, Black Friday

Order value:

  • Over 168 PLN: Free shipping
  • Under 168 PLN: 65 PLN fee

All customs fees and VAT are included in the product price. No additional costs upon delivery.

  • DPD Tracking
  • GLS Tracking

Delivery Issues:
If the carrier cannot deliver your package:

  1. We will contact you within 24 hours
  2. Solutions offered:
    • Redelivery (+48h)
    • Pickup from a partner location (list attached)

Liability:
Loss/damage after dispatch is the carrier’s responsibility.
Report issues to support@kukirin-scooter.pl within 3 days.
