I’m the Operations Manager for KuKirin EU. Unlike faceless corporate sites, I personally handle your orders and questions. Because we work across time zones, I’m often online late into the night here in Hangzhou to match your morning in Europe. When you chat with us, you’re talking to me—a real expert, not a robot.

Our Hong Kong headquarters handles our global operations, but your scooter never crosses an ocean after you buy it. Every KuKirin we sell is already sitting in our Poland warehouse, duty-paid and ready for 2–10 day delivery. We’ve brought the inventory to Europe so you don’t have to wait.

Fresh from the Factory

We work directly with the FEIMI factory, the manufacturing home of KuKirin. This ensures you get an authentic scooter with genuine parts delivered straight from the assembly line—no middlemen.

We Won't Disappear

We stock every tire, brake pad, and controller right here in our Poland warehouse. If you ever need a repair, we’ll ship the parts from our local stock immediately. We are here for the life of your ride, not just the sale.

Orders & Shipping

As soon as your order comes in, our operations manager Echo personally reviews the details and sends you a confirmation email. Once she’s double-checked everything, our team in the Poland warehouse gets to work. Since we ship locally within the EU, you’ll usually see your new ride at your door within 2–10 business days.

Don’t worry, it happens! Just message us as quickly as you can. As long as your scooter hasn't left our Poland warehouse, we can fix or refund it for you easily. If it’s already on the road, it’s a bit trickier because we can't "catch" it mid-delivery, but reach out anyway and we’ll help you figure out the best next step.

Absolutely not. One of the perks of our Poland hub is that all taxes and duties are already paid. The price on our site is exactly what you pay. Plus, shipping is free for all our e-scooters. No "mystery" fees here!

First, check the tracking number we sent to your email. If the map looks confusing or the status hasn’t updated, contact us immediately. We will jump on it and find out exactly where your ride is.

We hope that never happens, but if it does, we are here to fix it. Please let us know within 3 business days of delivery. Send a quick photo of the issue to support@kukirin-escooter.eu, and our operations manager Echo will work with our warehouse team to make it right—whether that’s sending a missing part or a replacement.
