Det är en fin slottet men den låter lite konstigt på framgaffeln när man hoppar ner på trottoar kanten.
Kan vara så att stötdämpare kan inte ta emot all dämpning.
Bara när man hoppar i hög hastighet men inte annars.
Batteriet max 18km ändå är den full alltid turbo läge.
Den är stark annars

The scooter is fine, although it seems weaker in performance then my previous one. The lock is absolute trash, plastic, not usable. Use the handcuff type lock instead.

Actual range will vary based on rider weight, terrain slope, ambient temperature, and individual riding habits. Regarding the lock issue you mentioned, thank you very much for your valuable suggestion. We have forwarded your feedback about upgrading to a handcuff-style lock to our product and R&D team to improve our accessory quality in the future.

Voleur, arnaque, non livré, non remboursé

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour cette situation regrettable. Pour éviter ce genre de désagrément, nous recommandons toujours de souscrire à l'assurance transport lors de votre commande.
Concernant votre colis, le transporteur a confirmé un dépôt selon votre autorisation sans signature et a donc rejeté la réclamation. Ayant déjà pris en charge le coût du produit et de l'expédition, nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas vous indemniser. Merci de votre compréhension.

Bestellung und Lieferung ging einfach und schnell . Habe zum E-Scooter ein Schloss bestellt. Erst nach Versand wurde mir mitgeteilt das dies aus China kommt . Der Rückversand ist eine Frechheit . Tagelang muss man diskutieren und Schlussendlich mit dem Rechtsanwalt drohen damit man das Rücksendeetikett erhält. Dann soll man für das Schloss bezahlen und es behalten weil der Rückversand nach China den Preis des Schlosses übersteigt . Hätte man mich vorher drüber informiert das es aus China kommt , hätte ich es erst gar nicht bestellt .

Wir wollten lediglich darauf hinweisen, dass die Rücksendekosten im Verhältnis zum Produktwert hoch sein können, da wir nicht damit gerechnet hatten, dass die Bestellung direkt nach Erhalt widerrufen wird.
