Of course, keep your hands off!!! The quality or workmanship of the scooter is very good. BUT: Sad support. Defects on the new device should be repaired yourself with video and goodwill they also do not know! On the contrary, there is an active attempt to rip you off! When returning you should accept 50% loss in value plus shipping and if you want to have another product you should pay an additional 280,-€ even though the devices have the same purchase price. I withdrew from the purchase contract and so far no more feedback. Better buy something else.

Thank you for recognizing the quality and craftsmanship of our scooter. We would like to clarify the situation, as the vehicle had already been ridden for 14 km, could no longer be resold as new, which is why a full return was no longer applicable under store policy. To help, we did our best to offer a flexible used vehicle trade-in solution. Regarding the bent brake disc, it was unfortunately caused during transit, and we immediately offered a free replacement part to fix it quickly. Providing spare parts with video guides is our fastest solution to save wait times, but for major repairs, our official European center in Poland always offers free pickup and repair service. We are always committed to providing fair support and deeply regret that we could not reach an agreement this time.

Awesome electric scooter. I'm a big guy that weigh around 110 kilos and it takes me uphill without any issues, nice touch display and overall just feels like quality.
The only negative things I have to say about it are the brake idication should be way more clear than just a slow flashing light, as that puts the user in danger if there's traffix. Turn indicator should get a rework aswell, those comming head on will see clearly wjat you plan, but those behind you will barely see it as it's a weak red light flashing slowly to indicate where you're going.

Other than that the lights are good, scooter feels good and goes fast.

In Deutschland darf man e-Scooter ab 14 Jahren fahren, ABER nur Modelle mit Straßenzulassung (ABE) und max. 20 km/h.

Der standardmäßige KuKirin G2 hat keine ABE und fährt schneller als 20 km/h – er ist in Deutschland auf öffentlichen Straßen generell nicht erlaubt (weder für Jugendliche noch für Erwachsene).

Für den öffentlichen Straßenverkehr wählen Sie bitte ein Modell mit ABE aus unserem Shop.

Fährt der E-Scooter wirklich 25 km/h mit ABE
